Once you have the page sections ready, add a new page with page template of type ‘Composite Page’.
You then choose the Page sections that go into the single page by dragging the required sections from the “Available Page Sections” box to “Chosen Page Sections” box as seen in the Page Edit window below as seen in the screenshot below.
